- A drop-down box with a list of all the subjects having a multiple choice option

- A drop-down box with a list of all the FOSS having a multiple choice option
Title of the suggested topic
- The user will choose from a list of reviewed and approved topics
Language
- A drop down box which will display the list of different languages
- Only languages that has a reviewer will be found in the drop down box
Description of a suitable example
- A drop down box which will display the list of examples submitted for the selected topic
- If the user wants to give another example, then he may do so here. The text description of the example which explains the topic in detail will have to be entered here. What the example is, why it is a suitable example, and what the example will teach you at the end of the ST.

- Prereqs. could include other STs that are already available on the portal. This is especially required if the script in question is part of a series of STs for a software system

- If YES --once the script is approved, this could take a while as the script would require several corrections. Then the ST team will notify the user and provide the user with a system-calculated deadline within which to create the spoken tutorial
- If NO -- once the script is approved and reviewed, the script will be available for bidding where other contributors can bid to create the ST

- If YES -- then ST team will get in touch with the user to verify the user's credentials and expertise
- If NO -- then the ST team will find another individual who is willing to be a reviewer for the script
