The DVD may be sent to the workshop organisers. One should be able to open this image file from Firefox - this should give the same web page but in the local system.
  3. The above mentioned image may be about 10GB which can fit into a DVD. Students who attend the workshop may find it difficult to copy this in a 700MB CD or a pen drive. They should be able to extract the relevant portions and create another image file, which they can take home.

Expenses to that regard needs to be covered by us. May be a half yearly meet should be announced in advance.

    1. T-shirts/ only for the event organizers after the post-workshop test.

Kiran's inputs :

  1. Event Updates
    1. This section will display listing of Post-tests, centers to take test, schedule of tests
    2. Campus ambassadors will also have options to schedule events, identify centers to conduct tests
  2. Certification:
    1. We should implement digital hologram based certifications mailed to our participants to get rid of all hassles involved in physical certificates sent by post.
    2. These can be generated dynamically once participant qualifyies the test.
  3. Contributions:
    1. We should assess participants by asking them to provide a possible questions for a given solution, as a part of assessment, whereby we will not impose constraint to submit questions to get certified. Because our assessment will any way not allow participants to progress unless they provide questions. So we can accumulate for our question bank as well as evaluate them.
